building. Stop at the Circulation Desk to
return books, renew items or get a library
card if you don't already have one. |

As you enter the
Large Print room to the south of the Ottawa
Street lobby you'll notice new displays and
the Friends of Joliet Public Library
ongoing booksale. |

In the The Large
Print Room you'll find new lighting and
seating for relaxing in front the 105-year
oak fireplace. The tiles on the fireplace
tell part of the story of Hiawatha.

This mother and

of wood and have been resting in front of
the fireplace for over 50 years. |

In the The Large
Print Room you will also find seating for
small groups to quietly talk or study. |

Music CDs have
been moved to the lobby area. You'll find
them just past the Circulation Desk as you
head towards the Fiction and Youth Services
areas. |

Pick up your
'Holds' or checkout your books at the self
checkout stations opposite the Circulation
desk . We've added an extra one for your
convenience. You'll find fiction displays
here too! |

has small tables for reading or quiet group
discussion. The fiction collection is now
separated into the more popular genres to
make it easier for you. |
